Spiritual Direction involves meeting with a trained director who holds sacred space for your story. Through holy listening, together, we “direct” our attention towards God’s presence in your life & draw nearer to him. While we may speak of thoughts, feelings & relationships, spiritual direction is not counselling, therapy, coaching or advice.
